This 35th annual lecture features selections from the Clark Atlanta University Choir and Clark Atlanta Philharmonic Society. They sing selections from the Black National Anthem to original compositions created by C. Eric Lincoln, titled for the program, “The Performed Word: Music and the Black Church.” Presenters include Dr. Phillip Dunston, Dr. Danielle K. Taylor, Dr. Rico Chapman, and Dr. Curtis Everett Powell.
