This recording features Bishop Dell recounting his life and a worship service. In recounting his life Bishop Dell talks about his experiences in Milan, Jacksonville and Albany. He also discusses his first district meeting as a superintendent and meeting Hosea Williams in Valdosta. Dell also discusses catching Malaria in 1929. In the worship service there is two musical selections including “Precious Blood of the Lamb.” Bishop Dell also delivers a sermon on Jesus the disciples and the storm where he talks about the challenges of the age including the AIDS epidemic.
