The recording is of a COGIC conference service. The service features as its preacher Bishop George Dallas McKinney pastor of the St. Stephens COGIC of San Diego, California. Bishop McKinney preaches from Romans 12:1-2 and Ephesians 5:18. In his sermon he discusses the power of the Holy Ghost. He also talks about the qualifications to receive the Holy Ghost. Included in the audio are remarks by Bishop Chandler Owens. He talks about the success of the conference and Bishop Ford.
