This recording is of a worship service. Bishop Dell delivers a sermon within the service from Psalm 85:18. In the sermon he discusses hearing from God. He talks about how people hear from the government and other sources but there is a need to hear from God. He also talks about if young people do not hear from God they will fall prey to drugs and sexual immorality. Bishop Dell also talks about how those who are down in out in life and on cocaine have a desire to hear from God.
