This recording features a ceremony at Hartford Seminary and a worship service. In the Harford seminary portion a male named Henry delivers a message titled “Singleness of Mind.” In the message he discusses how the development of the mind is God like. He also discusses how ministry was the last stop for many. After they had tried everything else they came to ministry. He talks about how Peter had a singleness of mind when he walked on water. An unidentified woman gives closing remarks. In the second portion of the recording an unidentified man delivers a sermon. In the sermon he discusses how people need to learn how to respect one another. He also talks about the Grace of God and the redeeming act of Jesus’ crucifixion. Bishop Dell gives concluding remarks and there is a musical selection.
