[Removing Mother Humphries] (audio)
Address of Bishop Patterson
Bishop J. Howard Dell Collection
This recording begins with Bishop Dell talking about Bishop Sullivan of South Carolina. Other voices in the background ask Bishop Dell if he needs assistance. One voice reads a letter by Bishop Dell in which he talks about mother Cain and Bivens. The letter calls for mother Humphrey to resign as mother of Georgia due to repeated conflicts. The recording cuts off at the 00:30:19 mark. The recording continues with a worship service at 00:30:31 and is very difficult to hear (sound is distorted).
