This is a recording of Dell Talking about his life. He talks about being born in 1902 and of the houses that his family lived when he was growing up and where his father worked. He shows the headstone of Polly Tompkin who was kind to him when he was little. He shows the house where he was born, and talks about working with his father in the cotton fields. His father was killed by a bolt of lightning and that same bolt rendered Dell unconscious for some time. He further discusses the churches he worked in and people he knew along the way.
