This is a recording of Bishop Dell�s WGUN radio broadcast on April 25, 1981. The recording begins with a prayer and Christ Temple church announcements. In the broadcast Bishop Dell addresses the Atlanta child murders. He talks about how the murders will have a psychological effect on the city for years to come.
