Howard Dell is the guest speaker for the ground breaking ceremony of the Monroe Street COGIC church, where he speaks of his long history with the church and helping to acquire real estate and finances to grow the church. Other events that occur are a choir, reading of scripture, showing building plans, testimonies, and breaking ground with shovels.
