This recording begins with Dell giving this meeting in the church the rules for the meeting. He listens to the grievances of the attendees who complain about the operations in the church and accuse Dell of giving false financial reports and taking funds illegally from the church. Dell argues with the attendees about their mode of confrontation that is happening, saying it is an insult to him. The attendees further accuse Dell of stealing and not providing proper reporting, expressing their disappointment.
