This is a recording of Dell delivering a talk from his office. He talks about the annual convocation, and the theme of �Moving Forward�. He talks about C.H. Mason and how God directed him to form the church, the history of the convocation in the church, and how these meetings help renew the congregation. He further outlines all the Elders and Missionaries that will be participating in the meeting, and the order of events.
