This worker�s meeting begins with prayer and Mother Dell greeting the audience and talks about the duties of a pastor�s wife. A woman praises Bishop and Mother Dell, and talks about the glory of God. A man talks about Mother Dell�s appreciation ceremony and talks about supporting the Bishop. UMC elder Dr. Cornelius Henderson talks and warns people to look ahead in life and not look back. He discusses different types of leadership, and urges people to be lights in their community.
