This recording begins with music, introductory prayer, and testifying. A man talks about young people straying from the church and education and introduces Clark College graduate and going to get his PhD, Leon Driver. He talks about his love for the COGIC church, and shares a song of an uplifting message. Another man talks about the need for a state temple and asking people to tithe. Dell then talks about being called Black and how back in the day that was an insult. He talks about C.H. Mason and some of the founding members of the holiness church.
