This recording begins with Dell celebrating the building of a new church by Elder Davis. Talks about growing up in the church, and how people need to become active in the church and not sin. He gives a brief history of the church and talks about how the church is not just a building but the congregation. He talks about Davis working to form the church, and leads a call and response about the building of churches and the expected actions of the congregation. The recording ends in a prayer and dedication for the church.
