This recording is of John Allen interviewing Bishop Dell. He tells his story of growing up on a farm in Washington County, Georgia. He talks of being raised Methodist and how he decided to become a preacher at 13. He recalls being saved and being asked to speak at a revival, eventually getting into radio broadcast in 1941 through the channels of WBML, WAGA, WBMR, and WGIZ and television on WALB starting in 1958. He talks about his morning devotionals series and his experience with recording and disseminating his sermons.
