This video begins with prayer and singing. Bishop Brooks talks about visiting from Michigan, and about Bishop Dell being the best and how people should lift each other up. He talks about the status of African Americans in the United States and around the world. He talks about slavery and how people should focus on a proud African background. He reads 2 Kings 4:32-34, and talks about moral and ethical problems happening in America and how people should not be self-centered, and gives advice on African American empowerment.
