This audio recording contains a commencement speech delivered by Dr. Emory R. Searcy, Sr. He begins by reading from Matthew 21: 23-27. Dr. Searcy encourages the graduates to believe, stand firm, and not give up. He references the Biblical books of Esther and Proverbs, the Biblical figure John, Jeremiah, and Emmaus. Dr. Searcy also verbally commits to make a monetary contribution to the Interdenominational Theological Center.
