Learn how to use self-assessment to review your skills, biases, values and interests. Improve your chances by leveraging your GLA membership, searching for jobs in library-adjacent fields, breaking down job advertisements, and writing audience-focused application packets. Wrap up by setting yourself up for success in your first six months on the job while helping your colleagues get their own dream jobs!
