This recording begins with singing, followed by a visitor Dr. U. J. Robertson from Mobile, Alabama delivering greetings to the congregation. Following an offering, a woman gives a report on a neighborhood meeting and church business, and introduces Robinson for the 97th church anniversary message. Robinson talks about rising out of the period of slavery, and how he worries about young people not respecting the church. He talks about church members must have a sense of the mission of the church and asks the congregation to stay active in Baptist work.
